PEDIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING PILOT

  • Through this pilot mental health screenings are administered via an i-Pad app at pediatric well-visits
    • Phase 1 of pilot looked at eating behaviors (EB), hyperactivity, anxiety, bullying and suicide
    • Phase 2 of pilot (recently launched) looks at substance abuse and trauma
    • Initial results show statistically significant correlations between depression with suicide, bullying and eating behaviors (EB), suicide with bullying and EB, and BMI with EB
