PROCLAMATION AND CITATION REQUESTS
​Please contact Stephanie Slepian, Special Projects Coordinator at SSlepian@StatenIslandUSA.com or 718.816.2136. Requests must be received at least three weeks prior to the date of note.

If you are requesting a proclamation, citation, or congratulatory letter, please submit your request at least 2-3 weeks before your event with your contact information to be reviewed and approved by our office. Proclamations and citations must be picked up in person at Borough Hall during normal business hours. For a proclamation, please include a short biography of the person/organization as well as information about the event. All documents will be prepared at the discretion of the Borough President.
