BP ASSIST is a tool that enables Staten Island residents and visitors to quickly report quality-of-life issues, such as potholes, litter, and graffiti. Reports are instantly transmitted to the Borough President's Help Line and then directed to the appropriate agency for remedial action. Additionally, the app contains other resources, including important phone numbers, local news, an events calendar, and a link to the Visit Staten Island tourism website.

NEW AND IMPROVED
Borough President James Oddo relaunched his popular BP Assist app on July 2, 2018. The upgrade includes new features that make it easier for constituents to report quality-of-life issues directly to the Borough President’s office.
Those who already have the BP Assist app must delete their current app and download the new one. The app is free to download and use.
In addition to a new look, the updated app has several new features that make it easier and more efficient to use. When a constituent takes a picture of an issue, the app can automatically determine its location and send it to the Borough President’s office. In addition, reports can now be submitted directly from the Staten Island USA website and Facebook page.
Don’t see your issue?
You can still report it by calling the BP's Help Line directly at (718) 816-2000 or by using the classic Contact Us form.
