Borough Hall is seeking new, innovative ways to help Staten Island residents. In addition to the Borough President’s help Line, BP James Oddo is weighing the benefits of a mobile app to accept and filter constituent quality-of-life issues. New Haven-based SeeClickFix gave a demo at Borough Hall and has the ability to design a Staten Island-specific mobile application that would permit borough residents to report problems in real-time on their smart phones.
